In iServiceDesk you:
- Can Submit Work Requests and Project Requests in real time.
- Can Query and Print Work Requests and Work Orders.
To Submit a Work Request, you must provide the following:
- Building - If work requested is an outside area, please use the nearest building.
- Area - Location of the work in the building. (Select from list provided)
- Name – This is the primary customer contact for Facilities technician.
- Phone – Primary customers phone number.
- Request - Description of the problem or task. Please be specific when describing the issue.
